1. Customized Products

All Meevyy products are specially customized based on the images, names, messages, or designs shared by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details.
  • Once an order is confirmed and processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and operational conditions.
  • Meevyy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • An incorrect product or customization is delivered

To request support for a damaged or incorrect order, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Full unboxing video (clear and uncut)
  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos
  • Invoice/order confirmation
  • Order ID

Claims submitted without proper proof may not be eligible for review.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide clear, accurate, and high-quality images or customization details.
  • Meevyy is not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution, blurred, cropped, or incorrect images submitted by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to use any image, logo, artwork, or design shared for customization.
  • Meevyy is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meevyy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
