- MEEVYY is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges

4. Tracking Information

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

- MEEVYY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is damaged on delivery, do not accept it from the courier.
- In case you accept it, an opening video is mandatory for filing a damage claim.

- Each product is specially made using the photo/design provided by the customer.
- Therefore, returns or replacements are not possible for change of mind or dislike of the design.
When Returns Are Accepted.
- If the wrong image/design is printed (different from the one you sent).
- If the product is received damaged or broken.
One-Day Return Policy.
- Returns are only accepted within 1 day of delivery.
- Claims after 24 hours will not be considered.
- No Refund for Incorrect Images Provided by Customer
