• Since our products are customised, processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard delivery time within India is 5-10 business days from dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner performance.
• MEEVYY is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We may offer free shipping during promotional periods.

4. Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

• Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
• MEEVYY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel is damaged on delivery, do not accept it from the courier.
• In case you accept it, an opening video is mandatory for filing a damage claim.
